A grieving sound engineer investigating an abandoned mill captures impossible voices on his recordings and uncovers a deadly secret that refuses to remain silent.

Still haunted by the loss of his wife, sound engineer Miles Carter accepts a routine assignment to survey a condemned mill scheduled for demolition. When his recordings begin capturing voices linked to a deadly fire that claimed six lives years earlier, Miles becomes obsessed with uncovering the truth. As the voices grow stronger and the boundary between memory and reality begins to blur, he realizes some echoes are far more dangerous than others.
